On Wednesday August 3, 2017, salesman Braydon called my wife and arranged to pick up the sorento to do the "WE OWE". Braydon explained why he didn't call her to set up an appointment on Monday. Braydon has went out of the way to keep us satisfied. He exceeded. I would recommend him to anybody that is looking a Kia.
Would not recommend any of the Deacon Jones lots in Goldsboro. Had an appointment to go look at a vehicle. Drove 90 minutes, got there and was told the vehicle i was there to see had not been returned from being test driven from the day before. After waiting an hour, I was told by the manager that another customer was buying the vehicle (I called while on the way to let them know i was on the way, and was told that the other customer decided against buying this vehicle.) After leaving the dealership, I get a call from one of the employees and ultimately the manager, asking if I was still interested that the other customer changed their mind. I was told they give me an "exceptional" deal for my trouble. This "exceptional" deal was sell me the vehicle at cost, but give me $3,000 below value on my trade in, without even seeing it. The company motto is "We treat others the way we want to be treated." Definitely don't think that was the case in this particular situation.
this dealership is one of the best dealerships i have ever dealt with. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them, they work in a timely manner and are very attentive to all my questions and needs. The service department is also great, while sometimes they are booked up, they always try to get me an appointment as soon as they can and when the time comes I never wait long for service. Although, they do have a new service adviser who is still learning, they have another service adviser and 2 master techs that have been with Deacon Jones Kia for 9+ years. Both lube techs are quick and keep me updated on the status of my brakes, tires, hoses, etc. LOVE the sales department and LOVE service and parts departments! 10/10 would recommend this dealership to all family and friends!
Was told on Saturday by the sales manager that the salesman would called on the following Monday to set up an appointment for my wife to come on Tuesday and they would do the "We Owe" that we agreed on.
Monday came and gone without one word from the salesman or the sales manager about the appointment. Never the less, my wife took off from work to do this. And no call, no appointment. Now she has missed a days work because of this..... this is totally unsatisfactory!!!
Went on a late Saturday afternoon and purchase a Kia Sorento. The wife loves her new ride. And we had a good experience with the staff.
She was continuously rude and nasty. I dont recommend spending your money here if you want nice quality service.
Everyone at Deacon Jones Kia have been fantastic! They provide the absolute best personal service. They go above and beyond to make the experience of buying a car pleasant and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone that's shopping for a new or used car.
