Just don't count on your car being available when its promised!!! I called and confirmed suburban on Oct 17th. Women on phone said it was reserved and would be available for pick up Nov 24th TODAY @ 8:00 AM. To top it all off called Monday just to confirm and it was so they say. Get to Enterprise @ 8:00 AM this morning no Suburban available. They said the renter had not brought the vehicle back and could not get in touch with them. SOUNDS FISHY to me. Thanks Enterprise for nothing. Our business with Enterprise is DONE!!!!!!!
Karissa has excellent customer service skills. She was engaging and very friendly. She showed interest and actually remembered my destination; when I returned the vehicle three days later. That's pretty impressive! Keep up the good work, Karissa! :)
I reserved a mid-size car, but when I arrived at the desk they had a full size available and upgraded me for no extra charge. Great price, friendly staff and great cars!
I was interested in renting a vehicle for Holiday travel. However, I was denied the renting privilege because I have an out of state license. Then I was refused the valid option of having the rental in my mother’s name and list name as a driver. Enterprise is a joke. Very unprofessional and not courteous w/ these forever and always changing policies! I will never give my business to this company ever again. Officially done. I’ll do business with a competitor.
Excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Goldsboro, NC, over the holidays. When we arrive to get our reservation, the office was closed. We contacted the manager and he was happy to reopen the office and make sure that we got the car we needed. Service was excellent and we could not be happier with price and vehicle that we got.
