Do not waste your time. First bad experience was when I took my car in for an oil change and the sensor came on telling me to change my oil two weeks later.. Then my fiance waits over an hr to get my car inspected. They fail it for the Tint which I'm very sure is legal and has passed all the previous inspections at reputable inspection stations. The rude girl at the front desk tells my fiance to go ahead and pay and then tells him the car passed. Her suggestion: take the Tint off and come back for a re-inspect. Ridiculous!
i scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time for an oil change, showed up 10 mins early, waited 2 hours and they still hadn't even taken my car back. if it's going to take that long just let the customer know and maybe you wouldn't have any crappy reviews on here. valvoline is down the road and got me out in 30 mins. i recommend going there.
They freakin LEFT ME STRANDED with no way home. I dropped my car off for an alignment at 3:30 because i confirmed with them it would be done by the time they close. I told them i wouldnt get off till 9 but to leave the keys locked in the car. I work next door so i thought it would be fine. MY CAR IS LOCKED UP IN THEIR SHOP.
Don't bother waiting for your vehicle or counting on your appointment time. Scheduled at 11 for a simple tire rotation. Truck went in at noon and took an hour to complete. Only reason for 2 stars of for free tire rotation for purchasing tires here. Seems like they don't value my business or time.
