Someone needs to fix this place. More money, more employees, better management, I don't know. I have never seen such a horrible family services department. Phone calls are never returned, questions never answered if you make an appt and go in. My assistance has been messed up EVERY time I do a recertification. Medical bills don't get paid and nobody will do anything about it. I don't know if it's a majority of terrible employees or if it's the management. I'm sure a lot of the problem is lack of funds for more employees. And as for the building, it's disgustingly dirty, not enough seats in the waiting rooms, and completely run down. If I could, I would leave a -10 star.
Very busy place. Most caseworkers are overloaded but are Good people and they just need more help. Correspondence is slow but again there is a lack of staff.
This place is the worse DSS ever!! They never return calls within the estimated time. Half of the employees have attitudes. Documents are never worked on within the state guidelines.
