I took my son for his 16 birthday since is his favorite restaurant, they DIDN'T SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY, 3 minutes after his dessert another guest got a Happy birthday song from the servers. My first pasta was over salty and took long time to get it replaced
Love the salads, waitress was sweet, food is a little pricey, but salad and bread sticks are to good! i will be returning
The parking lot was full at 1130am, so almost hesitate to eat, worrying about the time. But we were seated immediately, with a choice of a booth. Our waitress, Miranda, was a delight. She saw to our needs quickly, and even though our choice of sausage pasta bowl was no longer on the menu, our second choice was delivered so quickly, we had plenty of time left to enjoy conversation and the meal.
Exceptional customer service! Me, my parents, and my husband went out for dinner on a Saturday around 6:00. Our waiter (A-A-Ron) was awesome. He took our drink and food orders and promptly returned with our beverages, salad, breadsticks, and soups. 2 people ordered pasta. The waiter came by a few times letting us know he was checking on the pasta. Some time passed (not sure how long) but we thought it was just taking a little extra time because they were packed. However, the manager came over and explained to us that there had been a mixup or something in the kitchen and apologized for our wait. She told us that Olive Garden would cover the bill. We were impressed with such a kind gesture! The wait staff and management at this location were doing everything in their power to ensure that their customers were happy.
We are celebrating our anniversary and the staff brought us a wonderful dessert. Thank you.
