Excellent Customer Service! "Asst Coach" Dave went over and above in helping us find the right pair of cleats with the best fit. After checking other stores (mostly in order to avoid the mall) and not having any luck or much help, I called Hibbett to ask if they had any in the size we needed - Dave very kindly checked the stock room until he found an option for us, and held it for us until we got there. When we got to the store, Dave helped us, made sure we had a good fit, gave us some advice, and even showed us the clearance sale so we got a second pair of shoes at a great price! With all of the new sports stores in town, we will definitely continue to go to Hibbett Sports - Thanks to Dave!
