I just cant stand when someone approaches me then tells me I'm doing something wrong with training or how to use a collar my dog is wearing. I'm not there to get advice, unless I ask.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I seem to find almost everything I come there for. However, the lines there can build up quickly and most times, a second register isn't open for customers when there's plenty of staff available.
