Went shopping here for Christmas presents. I did find what I was looking for. The sales person who worked on the floor was very helpful. She was polite and friendly. The clerks who worked in the ladies department at the check out were on the uppity-grumpy side, which is surprising considering they are a WESTERN store. (Seriously folks...don't very casual, country - cowboy types shop here?) Only one of them was friendly & smiling...and it's Christmas! The others were stern and seemed insulted when I asked about a discount on a piece of jewelry that was scratched. (I didn't buy it either) Didn't really see very much on sale, and what was on sale wasn't really discounted much. They don't offer gift wrapping, (even at Christmas??) which is surprising as their prices are on the high side. The nicer check-out clerk finally did give me gift boxes, (but not for everything I bought) and only after I specifically ASKED for gift boxes. Not sure I'll go here again.
My visit was nice. We were looking for a wolverine low profile shoe; however we were able to find a mid ankle boot that will work well. Thanks again!

They have a lot of nice stuff didn't find exactly what I was looking but everything had a nice price on it also
