SLACKKKKKKKKKKK PLACE IS A JOKE
Was not gonna go back because the store manager was very rude she acted like she didn’t know what she was doing!.. until I went in the other night to do an exchange and there was a very sweet manager that helped me a lot I think her name was Bree I will only come back because of her! Other than that the service wasn’t very good and rude people
Store manager is rude, to busy talking to people she knew, and talking about personal problems and health issues, to wait on paying customers.... price was wrong she would not ajust.... young guy working tryed to explain to her it was wrong price she walked away, very very rude... she should not be working in retail with that attitude....
Employees at the store very rude! 2 employees watched 1 employee do the work and during a transaction the only employee “working” stepped away to open a dressing room and we had to wait just to get a receipt. We will not be back because with a complaint to the manager, she just laughed. Obviously Rue 21 does not need customers!
I don’t come here often but every time I do, the employees are either always on their phones as I’m getting ready to checkout or I’ll be in line and they’re will be one employee at the register and two other standing around on their phones. They’re not friendly. You ask question and they look down on you. Honestly what rue21 needs to do is fire everyone and start all over.
