It's no wonder Sears is going belly up when they can't even exchange a $10.00 Craftsman blade for the correct one. Hopefully they will be out of business soon!
Purchased a pack of Craftsman edger blades and when I finally went to use them realized they were the wrong ones. Brought them back for an exchange (not a refund) and they insisted I have the receipt.
Found everything I went for. The cashier was really nice and efficient.
Stopped to the Mall to go to another store thinking Sears was closed, but happily surprised to find them Very Open! Tools, my favorite section, is presently in a turmoil. They are moving & making areas more visible, I was advised. Should be nice when they are finished. They are also having nice sale on many things. Did not notice when it ends, today being Sat., Oct 28, 2017.
Purchased a toolbox with warrenty dec2016, since Feb 2017, I've gotten the turn around about my issues. It's been a hassle for almost a year and still nothing has been done. Just a bunch of overpayed wrongfully titled "managers" blaming someone else, and not helping to resolve the issue. Always get "Well leave your name and number and I'll get back with you". I wish I could just return the box, but they wont exchange it, or honor the warranty. So since for some reason the box doesn't exist in records. I'm screwed with a box that I can't fix. Or receive parts for. I hate this store and will no longer purchase any craftman junk from them. I will celebrate the day Sears and craftman crash and burn. They deserve every bit of it.
Finally found the shoes I was looking for but getting checked out took a while. A woman finally helped me at the 2nd check out I went to.
