Love going here... friendly staff for the most part and very organized.
I have NEVER had this issue at this store. Maybe good customer service training is needed for the new generation, but I know my sons never not greeted someone who came into their surroundings, so maybe it is poor home training.
Always find what I need. And sometimes things I just want.
Love Target!! They have really improved their home furniture dept!! Redoing my master bedroom, found a great small bench with storage. Nice fabric, very well made, easy to put together!! I ordered 2 online, could only use one, easy return to local store.
I like it because it's clean, organized and has more than one register open at a time. Now that they've added self checkout, it's even faster. I also feel that they offer better quality products than another store everyone flocks to. I prefer to shop here.
I always love the quality of items, I will not take that from this store. My issue comes when I spend money I definitely want a hello greeting or something to acknowledge that I am a customer. I would not complain if the lady behind me got the same stone face, no talk greeting that I got, but instead she got the best greeting like she was the owner of the store.
