poor customer support, wont even let me pay my bill because she didnt feel like doing the work. and their furniture is junk anyway.
Not the best, I have been buying from badcock for 3years. I bought a washer and dryer last week.they told me it would be in today. yesterday they said it would be there today. Then they called said truck was delayed, but they would sell me the ones on the floor that someone else had already bought.they would have them wait till Monday. When I went to pick them up no on was there to help load them. Manager said they quit loading them but no one told us. We live about 25 miles from the store. So we had to load them ourselves. My husband and I have had back surgery and did not need to do that. If I had known I would have brought people to load them. I told the manager I will never buy from badcock again. I won't.
Poor Customer Service, idiotic Clerks and management. Tried asking the manager questions about a recall product we brought through Badcock, and she was an attentive and very rude. Would stop speaking to me to have several side conversations. The front desk sales rep, I'm more trained on putting on layers of makeup then they are on helping their customers. Just close this place down!!!!
