The owner charles is one of the best in the business but since his illness his grandson and his son took over the business. They would not honor what mr. charles had told me he would do my cushions for and it was in front of his wife and these two that are now in charge.. Charles told them the price and they refused to honor his word and work. Needless to say after about 6 months of them putting me off I finally went and took back my cushions which were on the dirty floor and made even more dirty by their neglect. . So I will never give them a good rating at all. Your business is only as good as your word. And they are not honorable .. And their word is nothing..
