I wasn’t planning to post a review, but I am still recovering from my haircut that I got from here when I was 7 months pregnant. I now have an 8 month old. It’s been 10 months with a terrible haircut AND I’ve been to my old hairstylist (who is amazing) while visiting my old home and she could only fix parts of it because it was so bad.
I was looking for a change.

Nikki has been doing my hair for a few months now and not only have I changed my hair color but my cut too and its the best I have had! Nikki pays great attention to detail and will give you recommendations for your style. I absolutely think she is a color genius! The salon atmosphere is top notch and everyone is so friendly! I highly recommend Panache Hair & Body Loft and Nikki is a must!!!
I have been a few time and received a massage by Miranda. If you answer her questions honestly she can help you feel better. On my first trip I had so much tension in my shoulders it hurt to turn my neck. She worked it out. I treat myself once a month to a massage for relaxation and stress relief. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have not had anyone "shove" products on me. They showed some products and explained their use, but did not push me to purchase them. Best place around for a massage and the price is great also.

Cayce cut and colored my hair beyond my imagination.
I am new in the area and was always so use to going to my stylist in Texas. I was a bit nervous about getting my hair done. But I absolutely was so happy and surprised, I found the place I will be going for as long as my husband is stationed here. Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. Nikki did my hair and she knew exactly what I wanted and executed it to perfection. Even my husband was amazed! I will definitely be going back and requesting her everytime! I recommend asking for her for any of your hair needs!! I can not wait to go back and get my color done. Oh and the free little massage they give you is awesome!!!!!!
Coming from the Midwest to southeast was difficult. This is the first full service salon (hair, nails, wax, makeup, massage , etc...) I have found that offered the service and amenities I've come to expect infused with the warm welcoming southern charm of NC.
Daniel was too focused on the fact that he really wished he could get Starbucks, but since my appointment had taken his extra free time that day, he couldn’t (but talked about it the whole time). He kept me turned around the whole time so I couldn’t see what he was doing and stated he loves doing that to see the surprised looks on people’s faces. Boy, was I surprised. After telling him what length I wanted, he cut it a good 4 inches (roughly) shorter than I asked. I had told him specifically that I love my messy buns and needed a low maintenance haircut, but left unable to even pull my hair back in a ponytail. I stated that I wanted my hair by my face to taper a little, and ended up with SUPER short pieces - almost side bangs, which was very irritating for months. All I wanted was a simple layered cut! Nothing complicated! The effects of this haircut still linger and I am very unhappy with spending what I spent on the look I ended up walking out with. I am not a confrontational person and felt uncomfortable telling him how terrible of a job he did to his face, and even left him a decent tip. However, even with the nice atmosphere and the complimentary oil neck massage, I have a hard time giving this place even 1 star and would not recommend Panache - or would at least tell anyone who goes to steer clear of Daniel.
