The lady spent 15min tops on my usually 30min haircut. cut my bangs waaaaay to short and i was so embarrassed i wanted to cry. both sides of my hair were uneven... :( my hair was hideous. she shouldnt be allowed sizzors! my haircut is a normal haircut!!!
