They seem to have a problem with following instructions. I've asked them on numerous occasions for heavy starch on my husband's pants and shirts, and they just don't seem to get it. I've had shirts with somewhat heavy starch, light starch and no starch in the same batch. They lack consistency and it's very aggravating. I'm fed up and I'm changing dry cleaners.
The cleaning is not bad but don't believe them when they your stuff will be ready in 15 minutes when you call. Wait an hour or more before picking your stuff up if they tell you that.
