Brought 11 shirts in all of which were brand new. When I left the clerk had not counted the shirts and only took my information. Upon getting the shirts back the clerk did not offer me a reciept. Once I got home the shirts where messed up beyond belief. Each shirt had an impression left in them from something. One button was broke, shirt sleeves wrinkled and one had a stain on it. One even had cat hair on it. I will be requesting my money back in the morning.
The service was moderately friendly. It took four days to clean a comforter and duvet cover. It cost almost $50. This all may be typical. I don't dry clean often.
