Good food but my family got charged for an extra soda we didnt ask for and a "free" cup of water
Great food and service. They did party platters for a co-workers party and they were perfect. Exactly what I asked for even though it was somewhat difficult to accommodate each persons requests.
Does not participate in Jimmy John's own customer appreciation day and charges 51 cents for a regular size cup for tap water. The cups do not cost that much, they cost at most 15 cents to the franchisee (this was addressed by their corporate twitter). What's next, charging for toilet paper?
Very good sub. Friendly staff. Clean. Nice atmosphere. Easy access and parking.
We just got charged 59 cents for a large cup of tap water, then they refused to give us a large cup. 59 cents is a lot of money for a medium paper cup, lid and straw. Two employees argued with my husband about the cup size and persisted to be rude. By far the worst experience at a Jimmy John's, should have asked for a refund and left. They need to learn how to treat their customers. Very disappointed.
