Was here on 07/09/17. Around 1:00. Was not crowded at all. Was able to be seated right away. We all ordered salad bar and 2 medium pizzas. Salad bar was fresh. It's a pizza place so not a ton of toppings but it was fair. Our pizzas came out within 10 minutes. The 1 waitress that was working was doing a great job. She kept our glasses full of drinks and constantly checked on us. She did a really good job. We had a good experience with food and service.
They stole $200 from me!! When I called to get it fixed they hung up on me and when I called the area manager, Tracy Garris did not help me either.
I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and buy tons of pizza for plenty of Soldiers, but now that I bought a house 5 more miles down the road you won't deliver? Really?! I mean it must be so hard to drive straight on Berkley and make a right turn then 3rd house on the right, but is far to complicated! I will NEVER buy from you again and you guys will lose big time! I'll be feeding the Soldiers better food and I will be NOT recommending you guys to EVERYONE‼️ You guys should seriously reconsider your limitations!
I ordered pizza online @530 and it said it'll be delivered at 610. At 642 i called and they said it's on the way. It is now 7:28P.M. and NO PIZZA.
The food is always good, but drive thru service could be better. Once, I had to wait 20 minutes behind another car to get my order that was already ready (should've just went inside but it was raining). Today, they didn't give me the bread sticks that came with my order. When I drove back to the drive thru; literally 3 minutes later to let them know, she tried to tell me that bread sticks didn't come with my meal. My receipt clearly said: Family size WITH BREAD STICKS. She eventually gave me the bread sticks and I went home to enjoy the meal.
