Customer service at this store sucks. Need to work on greeting and approaching customers. So far Michelle ,William and David has been great

The serviced really sucked. The young lady lotioned her hand for the entire time she was suppose to help a man who was standing at the counter. Then the man walked out and came back in and she still didn't say anything to him. She had one other person and myself waiting to be served. A couple came in and she stated that it would be a long wait and they turned and walked back out. The entire 20 minutes I watched her she did not do a thing and she sat at the front desk while the lady in the rear talked on the phone assist customers and helping to program their phones. It was very sad that I even departed and I am going to another town to get a upgrade on my phone.
Staff is very knowledgeable good experience would go there again
