the sign of a great realtor: she called me today to say she had a few hours available to go look at 2 houses I am interested in. Jonathan Lewis a sales agent for them ,hired me too-clear a section of a lot that he bought and is going to build a house on , we did the first section and he paid so we agreed to do a second section at a later date and he agreed to a daily rate that would run between three and $400 a day , when It got time to pay he not only didn’t pay me but refused to meet me in person , he knew he had screwed me and wanted to handle business over the phone rather than in person , then when I️ go to his house he won’t come to the door and sent his wife, what kind of man sends his wife to the door and hides behind the door!!!!
