Everytime I seem to go the service sucks unless you are at the bar. Bar service is great. If you get a table the wait staff take their time coming to the table or refilling your drink. I've always had to catch someone going by to get a drink refill. The food is good prices are decent
I miss the old Applebee's menu. I don't really go there anymore now. Last time I went with family and the server took forever for anything when there was barely any other customers. All the employees sat in the seats talking in the corner. Would've been fine considering the time we ate but it still took forever to get anything. Food was as expected.
Love the bartender Crystal!! She remembers our orders! If you get off work late theyll be open just for you! And Crystal is always there so shell get you straight!!!
I had a great time at this Applebee’s location. I recommend it to anyone visiting the Goldsboro area.
The cost was reasonable for value received and I would recommend the Goldsboro Applebee's highly Ask for Rachel She is an excellent server.
My wife and I had lunch today. It was our first visit in a long while. We were favorably impressed with the new menu items. Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner and was prepared as ordered. Both of us enjoyed our meals though my wife did mention the potatoes on her plate could have been creamier.
