I waited 25 minutes for my chicken supreme dinner, only to get to my car and find I had a biscuit and 2 orders of fries. Went back in and asked for my chicken. Didn't say they were sorry or offer coupons refund or anything. People in there walking so slow dead lice wouldn't fall off of them. NEVER GO HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
This place is so less than it's a shame. I ordered a two piece and dirty rice my biscuit was dark my chicken was hot but tasteless like it had been fried in flour only no seasoning not even a little. The rice was so dry. I called asked for a manager spoke with Larry who asked what happened as I told him he gave the phone to some ghetto ass girl who started talking but proceeded to have a conversation with multiple coworkers in the background I said hello hello finally she comes to the phone and says I'll replace your order next time you come in. This place is a joke don't waste money let's all cook at stop wasting money in these trash ass restaurants.
My favorite Bo and favorite employees! They know I always ask for mayo packs so now they automatically throw me some in the bag. The re-modeled store after hurricane Matthew adds even more to this location. The food is good and fresh on demand so yeah, win win!
I went to Bojangles today at 3:00. The biscuits were awesome. The girl at the register said that John made them. He did a great job! I love this Bojangles.
biscuit was crunchy, never did bring me the hash rounds i ordered. I hate this place as it gets worse every time. Dining area was filthy
