I took our puppy to this Vet because of recommendation. Everything was great when I took her to her regular appointment. I trusted their boarding service and I regret about trusting our baby. I dropped off a healthy, playful, happy puppy what I received once I picked her up was a sick dog that throws up and can't go to the bathroom. All she does is laying on the floor, looking miserable. I called next day to ask about her stay while boarding. They told me she ate and did her needs without problem, which I doubt because clearly something happened there and they did not inform me, all records lie that she was fine. I took her and paid for an emergency visit. They sent her home with some medicine that did not work and she was worse than before. They wanted me to take her again and of course charging more $. My concern and frustation is why they did not do everything the 1st time instead of sending home a sick dog. Also, trying to make me responsible for her sickness when it is obviously something is happending in that boarding service. I would not recommend it to anyone, we took our dog to other Vet and I would not go back there again, even though if they offer it for free. Goldsboro Veterinary, take responsability of your lack of service.
Always friendly and they go above and beyond to take care of our animals. It feels like they look at them just as much as a part of their family as they are of ours.
