Great honest vet Dr Mark l have been going since the day opened.Great loving staff as well as Dr. for the animals would go no where else.
Pretty good pricing considering how expensive animal care is these days. The staff is really nice and they do give military discounts. It's kind of out in the country, but it's pretty easy to get to and the vets seem super knowledgeable. I didn't give it 5 stars because sometimes the woman at the desk seems a bit attitudey and the waiting area is really small so people with huge aggressive dogs are right in your face and being that my dog is very small it's kind of scary sometimes. Just wish the waiting area was a bit larger with more seating.
I had 3 missed calls and 7 text messages when I got off work. NONE of them were from Spring Creek. My husband wasn't contacted at all. Frankly, it was just unsettling. I had no idea how my pet was doing. I was worried. It's not ok that we were not contacted and I will not be bring my pet back.
They are the ONLY vet I will use. Awesome people and Awesome service. We have been using them for years
I don't think I've ever been so disappointed. My husband was supposed to pick up our cat by 5:30. Unfortunately he overslept. (He works nights btw) but what I don't understand is neither one of us was even attempted to get ahold of. The only explanation I got was "I was told you were called but it went straight to voicemail"
This place is amazing! The prices are great and the customer service never disappoints! I love that I can drop my pup off for grooming, and an exam all at once. They really do care here, and it shows. I recommend this place to everyone that I know. If you are shopping for a vet, you should try Spring Creek. You won't be disappointed!
