A good place to stay if you're on a budget. The room was clean and had decent features like wifi, fridge and microwave. Plus there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
Make sure you are up to date on you Tetanus Shot before trying to stay at this dump. The rooms scream roach and disease infested. Prostitutes turn tricks in the parking lot all day and night not even trying to be discreet about it. Smells like pot smoke all over the place and junkies are everywhere. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY.
I stay here most every time that I come to Goldsboro which is at least 2 or 3 times a year. It's a reasonable budget hotel with fairly clean rooms every time that I stay. It is conveniently located and can be easily seen on Highway 70 but is on a side service road. However, you do sort of have to pay a little bit of attention to your surroundings and keep a little bit of awareness of what's going on around you while you're here.

Regardless of the price it was a terrible experience. It is in a terrible part of the neighborhood and people started fighting in the parking lot and security had to be called. When I got there I was crying because I did not want to stay there so bad. The manager and owners obviously do not care about the guests. If you value your safety you will stay somewhere else. The bed had stains on it and the comforter had a cigarette burn in it. The room was absolutely disgusting and smelt like a second-hand store. I woke up with bites all over me. There were stains on the wall and on the curtains. I had booked 3 nights but checked out early and went to another hotel immediately the next morning. The receptionist sits in a bulletproof glass box where you have to slide your information through a slot. If the receptionist don't feel safe than you shouldn't either.
Sorry but not sorry for 71.00 dollars a day this place needs updates. Had to ask for towels and go get them. Love location of restaurants that near.
