Of 4 nights staying there, there was extreme noise on 3 of the nights. On Thursday night (when I had to get up early for a drive and flight out of RDU), the noise in the lobby went on until past midnight. WiFi was terrible.
Won't stay here again. Arrived about 6 PM after traveling all day and tired. There was some kind of party going on in the lobby and breakfast area. The party seemed to be breaking up about 7 PM, but the noise continued. At a few minutes after 10 PM, I called the front desk to say it was time for the party to be over. The front desk person laughed over the phone and said, "I just got it handled." I told him it wasn't a laughing matter, to which he laughed again. Obviously he didn't get it handled, as the noise went on for another 20 minutes.
Good rooms offers military discount and free breakfast. Free pool shallow enough for my 3 year old. Only problem I had was that the vending machine didn't have Mayer and the water down stairs was 2 bucks for a 16oz. So great room just bring your own water
Booked room for nov 23rd and 24th. I'm confused about why they charged my credit card $180.00 on the 21st, which was more than 1 night stay and then charged me $333.00 when i checked out. Rooms were nice, but the noise coming from room above kept us up all night. I was also scammed on prices for snacks, i guess they make up prices as they go. When i went to complain about it the girl at desk was rude and said " what do u want me to do bout it!? Won't be back for the simple fact of not being respected.
Friendly staff, clean throughout entire building. Really comfortable, crispy fresh bed linens. I could have stayed another night just to enjoy the place.
The rooms are great. The staff wrre wonderful. Even for the holidays. Near everything would stay again
